Function
1. When the panel is transported to the center position by the conveyor line, it is automatically corrected and positioned.
2. Two six-axis robots on 2 sides grab and wipe the pearl cotton from the silo and clean the residual glue on the four joints of the A and B sides of the component frame.
3. After the residual glue is cleaned, the wiping foam is automatically placed in the recycling bin by the six-axis robot.
4. The wiping foam uses the front-end battery cell packaging material for recycling.
Technical Performance
1. Controlled by touch screen and PLC.
2. Automatic four-side correction and alignment, the six-axis robot automatically grabs the eraser material for cleaning, and the wiping process is flexibly controlled.
3. The wiping material is recycled using the front-end battery cell packaging material, and the wiping material is replaced every 4 hours. Each machine is equipped with 2 sets of wiping material fixture boxes, which can achieve rapid material replenishment.
