Function

1. The device will evenly mix the adhesive and pour it into the three junction boxes on the component. The position is driven synchronously by the X and Y servo synchronous belts, and the Z cylinder can apply the adhesive. The device should ensure the accuracy of the dispensing position and be capable of online automatic adhesive dispensing.

Technical Performance

1. Fully automatic control of the equipment, no personnel intervention is required during operation.
2. Automatic AB glue mixing, glue dispensing automatically by button or pulse signal (flow and time controllable).
3. The equipment includes a glue supply system, AB glue screw pump metering system, mixing system, and control system.
