Function

1. The panel precisely positioned, and the glue lines at the four corners are automatically squeezed to eliminate the problem of insufficient glue and overflow glue, saving glue waste.
2. After squeezing glue, the gap between the glass plate and the frame is effectively controlled by shaping, which can be controlled to ≤0.3mm.
3. By positioning the four corners of the frame up and down, the up and down misalignment of the frame is corrected.
4. After squeezing glue and shaping, CCD visual inspection results.
5. Solve the problem of glue filling + manual glue wiping.

Technical Performance

1. Controlled by touch screen and PLC.
2. Automatic four-side correction and alignment, through the upper and lower pressure plate mechanisms to press the frame positioning and shaping, so that the upper and lower positions of the components are fixed.
3. Four-corner glue extrusion, through pneumatic and servo drive, the lower push plate and the upper pressure plate alternately push the glass plate. The push plate is servo-controlled, and the pressure sensor feedbacks the pressure value.
4. The upper visual inspection system detects the changes in the glue filling position effect at the four corners of the component before and after glue extrusion.
5. Automatically switch the board type.
