Liao Manyuan, Chairman of HORAD Group, delivered a keynote speech at the ceremony, reviewing the company’s development journey, explaining the strategic value of the new headquarters base, and clarifying the future direction. Liao Manyuan noted that in the face of PV industry challenges, the company achieved counter-cyclical profitability through technological innovation and the relentless efforts of the team. The outstanding performance and technological achievements in 2025 are the results of adhering to long-termism. He stated that the 150,000-square-meter new base serves as a strategic carrier with three major advantages: upgrading smart manufacturing, optimizing cost control, and implementing green concepts. Looking ahead, the company will continue to uphold its “striver spirit,” using the new base as a fulcrum to focus on technological innovation and efficiency improvement. On the one hand, it will deepen the R&D of HJT, BC, and perovskite technologies, driving breakthroughs in PV equipment toward higher efficiency and lower costs; on the other hand, it will expand its overseas market presence and strengthen competitiveness in core markets such as Europe and the United States. The aim is to create greater value for customers, build a higher development platform for employees, inject stronger momentum into industry progress, and “contribute more green energy” to the national dual-carbon goals and global sustainable development.
At the relocation ceremony, customer representative Xu Xiaohua, Chairman of Anhui Huasun New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., fully affirmed HORAD’s consistent “customer-centric” service philosophy in his speech. He stated that HORAD’s HJT turnkey line equipment operates stably and reliably, responds quickly to customized needs, and continuously creates value for customers.
