Function

1. The motion unit is driven by a servo motor, with fast speed, high precision, and reliable stability.
2. Achieves automatic lead shaping, lead alignment with tape peeling or lead alignment with high-temperature cloth peeling (choose one of the two).
3. Servo correction, one-button switch of board type.
4. Heating module: temperature adjustable from 0-400°C, real-time display (whether to enable depends on the actual site conditions).
5. Three sets of mechanisms first simultaneously tear tape or high-temperature cloth, and after completing lead alignment, begin lead shaping.

Technical Performance

1. Fully automatic control of the equipment, no personnel intervention required during operation.
2. In-feed and out-feed long, simultaneous in-feed and out-feed.
3. The equipment uses servo drive to achieve precise positioning.
4. Suitable for high-temperature cloth and tape specifications: high-temperature cloth length 40mm, width 20mm (±2mm), tape width 20mm, one side folded ≥10mm.
