Function

1. The equipment will apply the glue to the three junction boxes to be installed according to the set path. The equipment should ensure the accuracy of the glue application position and realize the online automatic glue application function.

Technical Performance

1. The equipment is fully automatically controlled, and no human intervention is required during the operation process.
2. Automatically apply glue to the back panel, and the button or pulse signal automatically discharges glue (flow and time are controllable). According to the set path, the position is driven by the lower X, Y servo Z cylinder to apply glue.
3. The equipment includes glue supply system, voltage stabilizer system, dispensing valve system, and control system.
